William Nordan works with corporate law, transactions with a focus on commercial real estate, and dispute resolution. William has broad experience in his fields of expertise, and keeps up to date on adjacent, relevant fields of law. He assists clients with anything from organising investment vehicles and shareholder cooperations, through development and sale of niche real estate projects, to billion-kroner transactions and international litigation processes.
William is a Government-authorised translator in the language pair Norwegian and English and has extensive experience working with English-language actors. William prioritises familiarizing himself with and understanding the commercial requirements of the client, whether it’s real estate development, transactions or organisational questions. That way he can provide practical and useful advice in a clear and comprehensible manner.
