Advokatfirmaet Berngaard was founded in 2004 as a different kind of workplace in a conventional industry. Now, 20 years later, we still challenge established mindsets. We place people at the center, do not chase hours, and do not exploit our employees. Instead, we invest in client relationships, work methods, and culture because it makes us better lawyers. We are cost-effective, and our goal will never be maximum profit. Creating value is more than just making a profit.
