Silje has extensive and deep experience in providing legal advice on construction, infrastructure and civil engineering. She advises clients on all phases of a construction project, from tenders and contract negotiation, through strategic advice during the course of the project, to negotiations and dispute resolution. She knows her way around both the challenges and the opportunities faced by both contractors and site owners.
Silje has a reputation for presenting the law in an accessible way, and is a frequent course-holder on the Norwegian Standard (NS) contracts, consumer construction law and other legislation and regulations that are relevant to the construction sector.
