Patrick Tuhus is an associate at Berngaard, affiliated with the firm’s construction and environmental & industrial law groups. He advises public and private clients on a wide range of legal matters related to contracts and liability, with particular expertise in public procurement, innovative contract models, pollution and waste management, and construction and infrastructure projects. Patrick also regularly assists with legal issues in the transport and travel sectors, and has extensive experience with regulatory frameworks in construction and environmental law. Patrick graduated in the autumn of 2020, having specialized during his studies in construction law, manufacturing contracts, public procurement, corporate law, and the technology-oriented subject Robot Regulation. He joined Berngaard as a student in 2019, and has since gained broad experience handling complex legal issues across industries.
