Malin Hauglum Rørvik
SENIOR LAWYER
Malin Hauglum Rørvik has worked in most business law disciplines, but her core competence is particularly in employment law, company law, contract law and compliance/ESG. She assists both private and public clients with general advice and dispute resolution. Malin assists several of Berngaard's international clients, as well as Norwegian client’s foreign owners or customers. She often works interdisciplinary and is not afraid to adopt new work methods and technological solutions.
During her time as an associate at BAHR, Malin also gained experience from working with asset management and financial regulatory issues in the PE sector. A key part of this work was related to issues of privacy, compliance/AML and ESG.
