Lasse Ødegaard

Lasse Ødegaard founded the law firm Berngaard in 2004 together with his colleague Lars Berntsen. His experience as an entrepreneur has given him valuable insight into starting, developing, and managing a company. This serves as the best foundation for being an excellent business advisor.
Lasse primarily works with general business law and has specialized expertise in construction law, IT law, and employment law.
He provides legal assistance to both small and medium-sized businesses as well as public sector entities. With extensive experience in legal advisory services, he has litigated a significant number of cases in court.
Additionally, he regularly conducts courses and lectures within his areas of expertise. Lasse has assisted numerous international and national clients with strategic advice in business law matters. He possesses the necessary knowledge to provide counsel on the commercial aspects of a case, in addition to the legal aspects.
He works under the motto – "It should not cost more than it's worth."
