Lars Berntsen has extensive experience in assisting clients in the construction and real estate market. Lars provides both advice and dispute resolution services. He regularly litigates construction disputes in both the ordinary courts an in arbitration. He also holds courses on the construction industry’s standard contracts, in particular rules that are relevant to the operating period.
Furthermore, Lars works extensively as an advisor in real estate development projects. He assists several real estate developers in commercial real estate and residential construction. He provides advice on most fields of property law, as well as contract preparation in connection with transactions and leasing.
With long experience in the industry, Lars knows both the technical and financial aspects of the industry, which he believes is the key to finding good solutions to the client’s challenges. Lars also works for family-owned companies, where the advice to clients also includes commercial guidance.
