Hedda Emilie Bratt provides legal advice to public and private sector clients on public procurement and privacy law. Hedda Emilie primarily provides ongoing legal and strategic advice, but also takes on litigation assignments, including interim injunctions in public procurement cases.
Hedda provides advice on all aspects of public procurement processes, including quality assurance of tenders, review and assessment of award or rejections decisions, appeals to the tender issuer or to the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement (KOFA), or in requesting interim injunctions to prevent parties from entering into a contract.
Hedda also provides advice on privacy law issues such as assessment of data handling routines and drafting necessary documentation such as privacy statements, data processing agreements and internal control routines.
