Benjamin S. Agdestein specializes in transactions and financing.
He has extensive experience with facilitating and executing M&A processes, primarily in the property sector. Benjamin also provides general corporate legal advice, including the preparation and negotiation of cooperation/shareholder agreements, changes in group structures and other reorganisations. He has particular expertise with complex property development projects, and assists with both legal and commercial advice throughout the development phase and up to sale/commercial lease.
Benjamin also has many years of experience in assisting Norwegian and foreign banks, brokers and borrowers with acquisition financing in the property, energy and shipping sectors.
