Aleksander Nielsen

Aleksander is part of our real estate and construction team. He provides advice and dispute resolution services regarding construction projects to both public and private sector clients. He also assists various actors in the real estate industry on a wide range of real estate issues.
Aleksander assists in all phases of construction projects – from drafting and negotiation of contracts and advice during the project, to final settlement negotiations and dispute resolution, both through the courts and through other channels.
Aleksander regularly litigates cases in the courts, and he has acquired considerable experience from large, complex construction law disputes.
In addition, Aleksander holds courses on construction law, both for companies and students at the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo.
