Elisabeth Homme Øveraasen

Elisabeth Homme Øveraasen is associated with the department for construction and construction law.

Elisabeths primary area of expertise is contract law with a specialization in construction. She assists with advice in all phases of construction projects.

She has previous extensive experience from Bane Nor, both with corporate law and external projects. During her time in Bane Nor she has assisted in large and complex development and digitalization projects within the transport sector (Follobanen, Moss-Sandbukta-Saastad, RTMS, etc.) In particular, Elisabeth has experience with construction and consultancy contracts, including procurement and management regulations. In addition, Elisabeth has worked as a police attorney in the Nordland police district.

Elisabeth obtained her master’s degree in law at the University of Bergen. During her studies, Elisabeth specialized in international contract law at the University of Madrid. She has had several stays abroad, and as a result she possesses good language skills both in Spanish and English.
