ANNIKEN BORKENHAGEN

ASSOCIATE

Anniken Borkenhagen graduated in the fall of 2022 and is now attached to our building and construction law department, where she primarily works with construction law and general contract law. This is related to both standard contracts and consumer legislation, including consumer contracts and craft services.

From her studies, Anniken has a specialization in labour law and equal treatment and discrimination law, and had a study stay at the University of Copenhagen. Anniken wrote her master's thesis in criminal procedure on the police's mirror copying of data carriers during searches, with a particular focus on whether privacy under Article 8 of the ECHR is adequately protected. Before studying law, she took a one-year study program in political science. Anniken has been affiliated with Berngaard since the spring of 2020 when she started as a legal assistant.
