Vilde M. K. Bleikelia

ASSOCIATE

Vilde Maria Källsmyr Bleikelia is a part of our department for employment and trade law. She works primarily with employment law and contract law.

Vilde graduated from the University of Oslo in the spring of 2023. During her studies, she specialized in intellectual property law, company law and insurance law.

Vilde wrote her master's thesis in civil procedure. The thesis discussed the plaintiffs right to a declaratory judgment that establishes human rights violations in accordance with section 1-3 of the Norwegian Disputes Act.

During her studies, Vilde had an internship at the "Clooney Foundation for Justice", where she worked with human rights violations and international war crimes committed by companies and corporations.

Vilde has been affiliated with Berngaard since September 2021 when she started as a legal assistant.
