Hanna has extensive experience with and expertise in insurance law (casualty insurance, personal accident insurance and international insurance), including relevant regulatory issues, as well as the general law of damages and dispute resolution/litigation.
She assists both foreign and domestic clients with insurance law and regulatory issues. She has thus acquired extensive experience in drafting insurance terms and conditions and assisting with reporting obligations and requirements placed by Norwegian authorities on the activities of insurance companies and insurance brokers in Norway.
Hanna also assists UK-based insurers and their European businesses after the UK has left the EU regulatory regime.
She has solid litigation experience and regularly assists Norwegian and international clients with negotiation and dispute resolution both through and outside the court system.
